PSNWA Annual Fashion / Fine Art Photography Symposium in Eureka Springs
Interested in photography, desire creative images for your portfolio or just enjoy taking pictures, the PSNWA Fashion and Fine Art photography Symposium provides you with a great photographic opportunity without breaking the bank. Whether you are a beginner or a professional photographer, the PSNWA Symposium enables you to photograph attractive models in both studio and unique settings.
THE LOCATION
The 1905 Basin Park Hotel sits in the center of Eureka Springs bustling shopping, dining and entertainment district. Bellman service and valet parking meet your arrival. Enjoy your favorite beverage as you overlook the heart of historic downtown from The Balcony Bar & Restaurant.
THE STUDIO
Four rooms have been rented in the historic Basin Park Hotel for use during the Symposium. Attached to the 855 square foot Atrium used for registration is the Grand Ballroom that will house the Symposium's two studios. The studios are equipped with five large watt strobes fired by a wireless radio slave system. Cameras with a standard PC jack or even just a flash hot-shoe will be able to fire the lighting system. This dynamic event will feature:
- Professional Hair and Makeup for the Models
- Models from Studio 28
- Reception, Late-night model shoot, Photoshop workshop, and breakfast for attendees spending the 14th in the Basin Park Hotel.
- Sessions covering Studio Fashion Photography
- Sessions covering Human Fine Art Photography
- Sessions covering Natural Lighting
- Sessions covering Studio Lighting for Glamour, and Beauty
- General Guided Photography Sessions around Eureka Springs
- Catered lunch and two breaks
- Door prizes from symposium sponsors
- One randomly selected attendee who submits a CD of images from the event to share with models will receive a JTL Large Professional Model #6030 Tripod.
The Symposium will take place:
Sunday May 15th 2005, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Registration and Photography sessions.

Lunch and two breaks will be provided.
Pre-Symposium events:
Available for registered attendees with confirmed reservations in the Basin Park Hotel for the evening of May 14th.

NOTICE: PSNWA is a Non-Profit organization. This Symposium is a non-profit event. Total Participation in the Symposium is limited to only cover the cost of the Symposium. As such, refunds are not possible after registration in the Symposium.
