Photographic Society of Northwest Arkansas

Board of Directors meeting December 12th 2002

 

The following minutes have been recorded and approved as accurately representing the ideas, leadership, and dictation of governing rules as set forth by the Board of Directors for the Photographic Society of Northwest Arkansas.

 

1)      Meeting called to order by Executive Chair Patrick Ward.

a)      Attendance included:  Mark Abram, John Baltz, Catherine Baltz, E. Rick Cash, Michelle Ironside, Nakole Neumeier, and Lucy Overstreet.

 

2)      Nakole Neumeir Asked that Board Members submit a spring schedule that could be ratified in the first meeting of January.

 

 

3)      Patrick Ward and Rick Cash requested the creation of business cards for the board.  John Baltz will look into the matter, and see if they can be produced by members, instead of paying for the printing of cards.

 

 

4)      John Baltz presented a motion to table the active search for a facility and to drop dues to a six month membership for $25.00.  If a facility is found, members would be offered a monthly membership set by the board to cover facility costs.  The motion was seconded by Rick Cash, and the motion passed unanimously.

 

5)      Meeting was called to close by Patrick Ward.
