Nature Photography Group
- February 27, 2018
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Monthly meeting of the nature photography group will feature the work of Mr. Jeremy Tenhaken.
Jeremy has taken a series of photos of what has been touted by many as one of must see wonders of the natural world, the ancient bristle cone pine trees in the Inyo National Forest, in the White Mountains of eastern California. These
bristlecone pines have been scientifically dated to be several thousand years old, some of the oldest living organisms on the planet and the impact of climate change has been detrimental to their long term survival. Join us for this interesting presentation on one of the magical wonders of the natural world.
Everyone is welcome, bring a friend.
