Join the Photographic Society of Northwest Arkansas on July 7 from 6-8 p.m. as we hold an artist reception for Fort Smith-based photographer Ashley B. Lewis titled “Urban Contrast.” The exhibit will showcase portrait images from her recent Destination Session in New York.
Lewis considers herself a “traveling girl,” with a heart for interesting people, places and things. She’s the wife of a television meteorologist and a mom to two children. Lewis says she has always held herself to a high standard, and there is no exception for her photography. Her goal is to create real images that capture the essence of the subject and their moment.
Lewis will discuss her work during the PSNWA General Meeting on July 11.
The reception is free and open to the public. Light refreshments and drinks will be served. The event takes place at the PSNWA Gallery & Studio, 207 NE 2nd Street.
